Terms of Service for FFDATA

Version: 1.0
Effective Date: May 16, 2026
Last Updated: May 16, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to FFDATA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FFDATA API, developer dashboard, backend routing services, software development kits (SDKs), and related documentation (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

FFDATA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Definitions:

  • "Services" refers to the FFDATA API endpoints, SDKs, website, and developer dashboard.
  • "Account" refers to your registered developer account used to manage API keys and track credit usage.
  • "Client Data" refers to the specific queries, parameters, or identifiers (e.g., UIDs) you submit to the API.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use the Services, you must be capable of forming a binding contract and provide accurate information.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Single Account: You may only maintain one account unless otherwise authorized by FFDATA.
  • Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. API ACCESS AND LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FFDATA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API for personal, internal, or commercial development purposes.

  • Usage Limits: Your access is subject to rate limits enforced by our infrastructure. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a direct violation of these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share your API key with unauthorized third parties.
  • Revocation: API keys remain the property of FFDATA and can be revoked at any time for abuse or security reasons.

4. BILLING, CREDITS, AND REFUNDS

Access to certain endpoints requires the consumption of API credits.

  • Purchases: All purchases of API credits or subscription tiers are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the credits are used.
  • Credit Forfeiture: If your Account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining credits will be immediately forfeited without compensation.
  • Price Changes: FFDATA reserves the right to change the pricing of credits or the credit cost of specific API endpoints at any time.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you shall strictly adhere to the following restrictions:

  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the FFDATA infrastructure or routing logic.
  • No Exploitation: You may not exploit API endpoints, attempt credential stuffing, or submit intentionally malformed requests.
  • No Scraping: You may not use automated bots to scrape the dashboard, documentation, or internal infrastructure outside of the provided standard API endpoints.
  • No Bypassing: You may not attempt to bypass authentication, CORS configurations, credit deductions, or rate limits.
  • No DoS/Flooding: You may not send highly disruptive traffic, perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or flood the API infrastructure.
  • No Unlawful Activity: You may not use the API to facilitate malware distribution, impersonation, phishing, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. USER DATA AND DATA RETENTION

When you use the FFDATA API, you submit game identifiers (e.g., UIDs) to be resolved.

  • Temporary Processing: You authorize FFDATA to process, route, and temporarily cache this data strictly to provide the requested Services and improve API latency.
  • Data Retention: FFDATA retains cached Client Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill performance requirements. We do not permanently store historical game identifiers unless specifically required for abuse detection or rate limiting.
  • No Ownership Claim: FFDATA does not claim ownership over the Client Data you submit.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or authorizations to query the specific identifiers submitted through your API requests.

7. SECURITY

  • API Key Protection: You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. You must never expose your secret API keys in publicly accessible client-side code without a secure backend proxy.
  • Breach Notification: You must notify FFDATA immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or API keys.
  • No Absolute Guarantee: While we implement robust rate-limiting and encryption, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: FFDATA is an independent, unofficial analytics and data routing service.

  • No Affiliation: FFDATA is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Garena, Free Fire, or its parent companies.
  • Service Dependency: Our API relies on external, third-party game servers and protocols. Because these external systems may change, update, or block requests at any time, FFDATA cannot guarantee the continuous availability of game data. Service interruptions may occur if upstream systems fail or change.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • No Uptime Guarantee: The Services are provided without strict uptime guarantees.
  • Maintenance & Outages: Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream protocol updates, or unforeseen outages.
  • Beta Services: Features marked as "Beta" are provided for testing purposes and may be unstable, altered, or removed entirely.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • FFDATA Rights: All rights, title, and interest in the FFDATA backend systems, routing logic, dashboards, API structures, SDKs, and original branding belong exclusively to FFDATA.
  • Third-Party Trademarks: "Free Fire", "Garena", and related logos are registered trademarks of Garena Online Private Limited. Any use of these trademarks within our documentation or service is solely for descriptive and identification purposes (nominative fair use).

11. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, revoke your API keys, and forfeit your remaining credits at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have:

  • Violated any provision of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Engaged in API abuse, scraping, or posed a security threat to the infrastructure.
  • Remained completely inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.

12. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FFDATA expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that the data provided will always be completely accurate, given the reliance on volatile third-party external data sources.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FFDATA, ITS CREATORS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FFDATA and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

FFDATA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the developer dashboard or email. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the changes.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

  • Force Majeure: FFDATA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or upstream third-party outages.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FFDATA regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
  • Waiver: The failure of FFDATA to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
